Highly decorative, stylised Indian Bengal Tiger. Are part of a collection of vintage Indian toys we acquired.

These toys are believed to date back to the 1970s or perhaps 80s, and are unusual in that they have been in storage for several decades, and only just re-surfaced to see the light of day. This means they are in particularly good condition given they are toys , from India, and given their age.

Dating back the 70s the quality of workmanship is of a standard just not replicated today. Finished in a variety of distressed colours, predominantly orange, black, yellow, red and white.
