This platinum diamond and emerald ring weighs 4.2 grams. Nice and sturdy, the ring has an Old European cut diamond, eye clean and securely bezel set in the center. The center diamond weighs 1.28 carats (client stated weight however the measurements deem this to be pretty accurate). The diamond measures 6.6 mm, and has been jeweler graded to be K in color and VS1 in clarity with lots of fire and sparkle.

The diamond does show a hint of color, only noticeable with comparison to the trained eye, but is very lively and brilliant, with old style facets and an open culet. The ring has 10 French cut green emeralds, combining to weigh approximately 0.60 carats. The emeralds have a rich deep green color with lots of translucency and life. The ring is a newer reproduction, an homage to the Art Deco era, however it is definitely very similar to art deco era rings and identical to the untrained eye. It comes as a size 6 and can be sized to half a size for free.

Really a pretty piece of jewelry, guaranteed to be an eye catcher and a conversation starter. Its head measures 8.2 mm wide for a nice showy look.
