Antique Vintage Early Horn-Shaped Nose Chiltern Teddy Bear Beautiful. Delightful old teddy bear looking for a new home. Very good condition for its age almost 100 years.

Mohair covering a little worm but not bad for this old bear. Fully Jointed, all joints work well, Teddy sits up unaided and poses very well. Small hump on its back. Facial features stitched horn shaped nose filled with straw stitched mouth , black and amber glass eyes.

The rest of the bear is wood wool and kapok, stuffing is in all the right places a little squeezing around one ankle ware it has been held by a small child. Pads all original cotton with card lining but unfortunately has had a bad repair to one hand, repairs to her feet missing claw stitching. No other repairs or tears.

Squeaker in tummy which makes a sound if tapped gently with your knuckles. This lovely bear has been hand cleaned and is all ready for pastures new. All in all a lovely solid Antique Chiltern quality teddy bear.
