It's an old, Antique, Unisex satchel! Probably owned or made for a Cowboy or cowgirl! All leather satchel bag with slip through loop closure. Adjustable shoulder strap - also leather w metal rivets in the holes.

1 canvas flat, zipper pocket inside. Especially considering its age & what these types of bags would go through!
