Antique Vintage Texas Stoneware Old Chicken Waterer Guadalupe County Wilson

This is a piece we acquired about 20 years ago in Guadalupe county, along with a Hiram Wilson jug. We really can only speculate as to the maker, though it is clearly very old and distinctly Texas. Very thick salt glaze and overall very good condition.

There are some very old chips on the knob at the top. There is also indicated blister, likely from original firing.
