Home made metal tab for hanging on a nail on the wall. The EIGHT layers of chip carving are extremely neatly done.

Have not attempted to clean because I don't want to make a mistake and damage the old surface. Minimal traces of long ago woodworms as is typical of German furniture and wooden objects.
