OLD ANTIQUE VINTAGE DECORATION CROWN SCEPT RHINE STONE Santos Virgo Mary. Old antique vintage fire gilded staff / scepter for image / statue of Saint Santos Virgin Mary, this scepter was used during the processional walk through the village, often these jewelry decorations were given by the population, and were hand made by the local gold smith. This fire gilded gold/bronze/copper sceptre. Is richly decorated with rhinestone and colored glass stones, these are cut like gemstones.

At the top a cross which is richly decorated with semi-precious stone / rhinestone / glass. All original stones are present, and as far as I can see, no loose welds. This old antique handicraft has traces of use and age, but is in a good, fair condition. The sphere with which the staff is attached on the basis of the image is not present, but a good goldsmith knows the way for this. High +- 30 cm / 11.81 in.
