This richly detailed and timelessly designed original vintage ring showcases a stunning old European cut diamond richly accented with intricate filigree and beautifully rendered floral accents. The hand cut 0.89ct center diamond is completely eye clean, beautifully white, and displays bold sparkle as well as vividly colorful fire. Originally made in the 1930s - 1940s, the timeless 14k white gold mounting is adorned with a heart motif for a romantic touch. The square setting provides a geometric deco element complemented beautifully by intricate filigree in the gallery and the dreamy floral accents on the shoulders. Graded SI2 for clarity, the 0.89ct center diamond is 100% eye clean. An excellent SI2, the inclusions are thin and white.

They blend perfectly into the faceting and are completely invisible to the naked eye. Graded J for color, the diamond faces up nicely white. Any very very subtle hint of color is completely overwhelmed by the diamonds bright white sparkle. As an old transitional cut, the diamond has old style facets and bold sparkle similar to an old European cut but with proportions similar to modern standards and a smaller culet.
