Very Old Antique Vintage Plaster Skull Possibly Handmade Signed Art J Cove 1930

  
PLEASE SEE THE ALL THE PHOTOGRAPHS.. I do not have any information on this skull whatsoever. It's made of plaster and it looks like it has received a lot of wear as shown in the photographs. Not sure if it was hand made but it seems to be. And there is a signature on the bottom though possibly part of the last name has rubbed off but I'm not sure.
