Victorian Impressive Opal and Old Cut Diamond Celestial Brooch. A fine opal and diamond brooch, circa 1880.

A large natural opal, full of fire and colour throughout. Surrounding are six small old cut diamonds in full silver bezel settings creating a celestial planetary design. Made in 15 carat rose gold. Natural opal with natural flaws/lines inside.

SIZE ; 15mm x 17mm opal approx. HALLMARKS ; none, tests as gold.
