Vintage 1930s Old Hollywood Glamour Cold Rayon Puffed Sleeves Evening Gown
Shoulder to hem: 54 (ankle length). This elegant vintage 1930s evening gown embodies classic Old Hollywood glamour. Made from a beautiful shade of purple cold rayon, it features statement puffed sleeves which are accented by cold shoulder cutouts and a subtly draped cowl neckline. The skirt hugs the figure through the hips then flows into wider skirt below the knee with a lovely ruffle hem. The bodice has a sloped empire waist with darts under the bust for a tailored fit.
The bust is also a little flexible in fit since the fabric is cut on the bias and has a little stretch. The back of the waist has an attached gold belt for additional detailing. This gown closes at the side with metal snaps and the hem falls to about ankle length. Condition: This gown is in excellent condition except for a little inconsistency in the color of the fabric throughout the dress.
