Vintage RARE Collectible USSR Watch SLAVA Duet World Time 2 Dials Mechanisms Old
A vintage and EXTREMELY rare mechanical watch Slava from USSR approximately produced in the 1980s. This is a real grail for collectors. Vintage retro watch, about 40 years old. Interesting design: two glistering blue dials with white Arabic numerals and silver hands, under the left one "Moscow time" is written, under the right one - "Standard time", at the top there's the depiction of a globe.
Was used for business trips in the USSR (when you need to know the time in Moscow and another time zone) or for trips to other countries (model for diplomats). Two Soviet 17 jewels 1601 mechanisms (there's the inscription "Made in the USSR" at the bottom of the dial). Serviced by a professional master. The strap or the bracelet can be changed to another one of different color or type (if it's any in stock).
Accuracy is up to 1 min/day (2 days testing of both mechanisms). It is one of the most massive soviet watch brands, aimed at the general public. It was exported to many countries of the world and in some years exports amounted to 50% of the output.
